Roger Lothmann will become the company\u2019s lead investor and will accompany the long\u2011term development of the corporate group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The operational management will remain unchanged in the hands of the existing management and leadership team. This applies equally to the subsidiaries e\u2011quipment and AllcuraMed \u2013 their existing structures, responsibilities, and points of contact will also remain unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>With this step, quip unlocks new potential for growth, investment, and further strengthening of its market position.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe partnership is a deliberate decision for the future of our company. Together, we are creating the foundation to unlock additional growth potential, drive investments, and continue our successful development,\u201d explain managing directors Peter Liedtke and Oliver Schmitz.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Lothmann brings more than 30 years of experience in the personnel services industry. In 1999, he founded the ZAQUENSIS Group and, together with his team, developed it into one of Germany\u2019s leading personnel service providers. Most recently, he served as CEO of TimePartner \/ House of HR Germany, where he oversaw the further expansion of the German corporate group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was convinced by the people, the corporate culture, and the development potential at quip. I look forward to accompanying the company\u2019s further development as a shareholder and working with the management team to create new perspectives for growth and innovation,\u201d says Roger Lothmann.<\/p>\n<p>The management sees significant potential in the partnership for further scaling of the company. At the same time, technical excellence and innovative strength in machinery and plant engineering are to be further expanded, and the integration of technical services, engineering expertise, and recruiting solutions strengthened.<\/p>\n<p>The discussions regarding Roger Lothmann\u2019s entry were significantly supported by Karl\u2011Heinz Guth, former board member and shareholder of the quip Group. Karl\u2011Heinz Guth has shaped the development of the corporate group for many years, overseeing numerous strategic projects and key decisions. His commitment has also actively supported the successful transition into the next development phase of the quip Group.<\/p>\n<p>For customers, employees, and business partners, the new shareholder structure will not result in any changes to day\u2011to\u2011day operations.
